CeeLite Light Emitting Capacitor

Their website says that they’ll run off of AC or DC power. Good for those running solar and wind power.
The only power consumption information I could find stated that it ranks CeeLite along with LED for low power consumption. They do have a handy little electricity tutorial, though.
