Off the Grid Homes
This review highlights the need for off-the-grid technologies in the city, but the problem is that if you don’t own the apartment building you live in, there’s not much you can do about it. Sure, you can get a windmill and solar panel and stick it on your balcony, if the landlord allows it. Convincing the landlord to go off-the-grid is a big job. The best way is to own the property yourself. My suggestion is to buy your own apartment building, or buy land.
