This is hilarious to me on many levels. You have a nation that is flexing its nuclear muscle, yet going after solar power from nations it may be threatening. And the big use of that solar power is entertainment for the troops. I’d be surprised if it wasn’t going for a more tactical use than keeping the troops up to date with the latest propaganda.
